Terms
The terms for using Collie, made by Moonshell.AI. Updated October 13, 2026.
What Collie does
Collie handles admin for the people at your firm: it books meetings, files receipts as expense claims, and asks for system access, within the rules your firm sets. It asks before doing anything those rules do not allow.
Your firm and its people
The first person to sign in from your firm's domain is its admin. Admins choose who has a seat, set the firm's rules, and can remove anyone. Each person is responsible for what they approve, and your firm for the rules it sets.
Your data
Your firm owns its data. We use it only to run Collie for you, as Privacy describes.
Fair use
Do not use Collie to break the law, to send spam, or to reach accounts you are not allowed to use. We may suspend a seat or a firm that does.
Other services
Collie works through Google, Microsoft, Slack, WhatsApp and your firm's expense tool. Their own terms apply to them, and Collie cannot act when they are down.
Fees
What your firm pays, and for how long, is in the order your firm agreed with us. Nothing here changes it.
No guarantees
Collie is new. We provide it as it is, without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to what your firm paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Ending
Your firm can stop at any time. When it does, we delete its data on request. If these terms change, we post the new version here and tell your firm's admins first.
